Job summary

RTX’s Dallas hub is seeking an experienced finance professional to act as the primary finance contact for programs and functions supporting classified work. You’ll support Earned Value Management (EVM) activities and Raytheon finance tools, helping transition from legacy systems to updated tools and processes.

You will coordinate cross-functional activities, present transition information to management, and assist CPAS and forProject teams with issue development and implementation.

Qualifications

  • Typical requires a University degree or equivalent experience; Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience using finance processes and tools, including one or more listed above.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start (Day 1).
  • U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance.

What You Will Do:
  • Serve as a finance contact for program and functional finance teams supporting classified programs.

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Typical requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or an Advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience using finance processes and tools, including one or more of the following: forProject, APEX, EVM, PM Tools, PRO-IA, IPMDAR/IPMR, or similar tools.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date, Day 1 with the ability to obtain program access after start.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Experience supporting program financial activities for reportable and internal programs.
  • Experience coordinating multiple program financial activities.
  • Experience supporting classified environments or programs.
  • Experience with project management or change management processes.
  • Earned Value Management certification.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
