RTX is seeking a Program Cost & Controls Lead (P4) to join the Global Patriot Product Line within the LADS unit. The role focuses on detailed cost/schedule analysis, forecasting, and supporting business cases for funding requests. Hybrid work and relocation are considered, with priority to candidates near Andover, MA.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's in finance-related fields and 8+ years' experience, plus proficiency with APEX and PRISM. Strong cross-functional communication is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management or related field; 8+ years of related experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting and/or process improvement (Program Controls).
  • Experience with finance tools (program costs, scheduling, tracking, forecasting).
  • Experience with Raytheon tools/systems: APEX, PRISM; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed cost & schedule analysis on master schedules within the Product Line.
  • Partner with Patriot Product Line, Cross Functional, and Program Leadership Teams.
  • Provide financial forecast in support of Monthly/LRP/Market Analysis for the Product Line.
  • Support financial business cases for CFR/ARs funding requests.

Role Overview

This is a great opportunity to join the Global Patriot Product Line Team within the LADS (Land & Air Defense Systems) Sub-Business Unit as a Program Cost & Controls Lead (P4). In this role, you will be responsible for financial analysis, scenario simulations, and forecasting for the product line. This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity and is based on the needs of the business. The preferred candidate will be located within a commutable distance to Andover, MA. Other locations that may be considered: Tucson, AZ; Huntsville, AL; McKinney, TX, Colorado Springs, CO; St. Petersburg, FL. Relocation assistance is not being offered.

What You Will Do
  • Perform detailed cost & schedule analysis on master schedule shifts within the Product Line
  • Partner with Patriot Product Line, Cross Functional, and Program Leadership Teams
  • Provide financial forecast in support of Monthly/LRP/Market Analysis for the Product Line
  • Support financial business cases for (CFR/ARs) Company Funding Request/Appropriation Requests
Qualifications

You Must Have

  • Typically requires Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management or a related field & a minimum of 8 years of related work experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting and/or process improvement (i.e. Program Controls)
  • Experience with finance tools (Program costs, scheduling, tracking, and/or forecasting)
  • Experience with current Raytheon tools/systems: Achieving Process Excellence (APEX), Material Requirements Planning (PRISM U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

Qualifications We Prefer

  • CORE certified
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, willing to take on challenges
  • Functional or Program finance experience
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial information in support of business portfolio
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Contract & Work Arrangement

This position is classified as: Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility. Compensation

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
