RTX is seeking a financially skilled professional for a program finance role onsite in the United States. The position requires a DoD Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to manage forecasts, EACs, and EVM processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field with a minimum of 8 years’ experience; or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including Contracts, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.

Cost and schedule analysis.
Coordinate development of quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs).
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to Program Teams and Leads.
Prepare financial charts for PMRs, MORs, financial overviews, and other reporting.
Perform cost, schedule, financial analysis and reporting, and funding planning using standard tools.
Implement and maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) processes.
Support development and delivery of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
Establish and maintain program logs including Work Authorization, Contract Modification Logs, and Risks & Opportunities (R&Os).

What You Will Do:

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Contracts, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain, in program development and execution.
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience using SAP financial tools or systems.
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
Experience with manufacturing or Material Requirements Planning (MRP) in the aerospace and defense industry.
Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Experience identifying, analyzing, and resolving program or financial issues.
Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting established deadlines.
Experience implementing process improvements.
Experience communicating financial and program information to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
Active security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 118,300 USD - 224,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
