Northrop Grumman Space Sector seeks a Program Cost Control Analyst – Level 2 in San Diego, CA. You will help prepare budgets and schedules for contracts, perform financial analyses, and support government funding requests while ensuring compliance with cost control guidelines.

This role operates on a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off, offering opportunities to contribute to national and global security through innovative aerospace programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of professional experience OR Master’s degree with 0 years of professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree is considered.
• Experience with financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience with FAR/DFAR is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Set up cost control system and monitor costs and schedules on contracts.
• Support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and management.
• Perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure contracts meet parameters and guidelines.
• Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks including WBS development, budget baseline, and cost risk analysis.
• Contribute to expenditure projections and funding requests to the government.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
