  • Location: 500 Old Lynchburg Road, Charlottesville, VA 22903
  • Start Rate: $20.02/hour
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Position: Full-time, Entry level, GRADE: 9
Responsibilities

This is a FLSA non-exempt position. The Program Coordinator serves as part of Region Ten’s Training Team, providing complex technical and clerical support for training management. Responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting training operations and management.
  2. Reporting to the Director of Community Relations and Training.
  3. Performing duties independently under standard practices, referring complex issues to supervisors.
  4. Ensuring confidentiality and customer satisfaction in line with professional ethics and policies.
Qualifications

Candidates must have:

  • A college degree.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in training, human services, or human resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
