Job summary

Chicago Public Schools is seeking a Program Coordinator, Teacher Leadership to support Teachers Lead Chicago (TLC) in the Talent Office. You will manage communications, coordinate professional development, and oversee data dashboards to ensure timely, accurate operations and compensation for teacher leaders.

You will work with school leaders and the TLC team to align messaging, track progress, and improve processes while maintaining high attention to detail in a fast-paced urban-district

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, required.
• Minimum of three (3) years professional work experience required.
• Experience in a large urban district context, preferred.
• Marketing and communications experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all program communications, including TLC inbox, monthly newsletters for stakeholders, and updating the TLC webpage.
• Coordinate professional development logistics for TLC Teacher Leaders, including calendar invites, reminders, and ISBE credit hours.
• Maintain and update data tracking systems and dashboards used by the TLC Team.
• Calculate, verify, and monitor TLC Teacher Leader stipend payments with CPS Payroll.
• Facilitate centralized teacher leader application processes, scoring, mentor sub forms, and annual survey cycles.
• Collaborate with the Teacher Development Specialist team and school leaders to align messaging and outreach.
