Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal budget process and office automation helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative and program coordination of federally funded projects.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and project documentation.
• Coordinate research operations: onboarding, purchasing, travel, meetings.
• Monitor milestones and regulatory requirements; prepare reports and sponsor materials.
• Provide liaison support among investigators, offices, contractors, and external partners.
• Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and forecasting.
• Maintain project records and documentation, ensure accuracy.
• Support regulatory/compliance tasks and IRB submissions tracking.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor; may include required trainings.
