Who are we looking for: We're looking for a candidate to join our team to support our live streamed classroom experience until Dec 2025 with potential to continue until May 2026. This role would involve guiding the team members for the on-site execution of the program, including client interactions and class management. This position will ensure improved student academic performance and client (school) satisfaction. This position will require some travel within the given region to school locations in and around Bradenton, Florida.
The Program Coordinator (PC) is a critical role within the Customer Success team, responsible for managing day-to-day operations at assigned districts and schools. PCs serve as the primary on-the-ground representatives, interfacing with Points of Contact (POCs) and ensuring the successful implementation and support of our programs. This role allows Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to focus on program health and coordinating issue resolution with internal teams.
