Job summary

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine in Bethesda seeks two Program Coordinators to provide administrative and operational research support for the PPCC program under NIDHC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of project coordination principles, office tools, and information management best practices.
• EMS/emergency medical care or related field experience is highly desired.
• Experience supporting C-suite administration is preferred.
• Ability to obtain a T1 Public Trust background check.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support under supervision, including hiring, purchasing, and tracking progress.
• Coordinates internal and external events, venue procurement, calendar management.
• Drafts reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
• Manages schedules, meeting agendas, minutes, and action follow-ups.
• Maintains shared electronic files (Google Drive) with version control.
• Ensures timely submission of required reports.
• Communicates with internal staff and external customers.
• Serves as primary contact for external stakeholders.
• Assists with contract documentation for subawardees and IRB submissions.
• Coordinates logistics for site visits and multi‑agency meetings.
