We are seeking a Program Coordinator II, who under general supervision, works collaboratively with departmental leadership to implement academic programs and manage marketing and communication needs.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus an additional four (4) years of related experience.
Master's degree in a science-related field or science communication or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5 years of related experience in academic program coordination and/or marketing and science communications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
