This position is located in the Office of Financial Regulations & Solvency's PBM Oversight & Special Licensing Division.
Under limited supervision, process license applications for PBMs, PSAOs, premium service companies, service contract providers, third-party administrators, utilization review/private review agents, and other entities under the Office of PBM Oversight and Specialty Licensing. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and respond to complaints and external reviews against these license types.
