IMDiversity is seeking a Program Coordinator I for the South Carolina Child Care Inclusion Collaborative. This role involves providing training and coaching to Inclusion Specialists, developing evidence-based consultation, and coordinating with child-care providers to enhance services.
The position, based at USC's Columbia campus, is temporary and requires regular in-state travel. Qualifications include a Master’s degree with relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree with five years in the field.
The Program Coordinator I for the South Carolina Child Care Inclusion Collaborative will provide training and coaching for all Inclusion Specialists located throughout the state, develop an evidence‑based consultation model, and ensure services to child‑care providers are delivered with consistency and fidelity. The Coordinator will design and implement training for new specialists, provide ongoing training for current specialists, and work directly with child‑care providers to coordinate developmental screening through the SC ASQ Online System or hard copy. The position is a 12‑month temporary, research‑grant funded role based at USC – Columbia campus, requiring regular in‑state travel and occasional out‑of‑state travel.
Research Grant (RGP) positions may be eligible for benefits based on grant funding. Eligible benefits include South Carolina Retirement, State Insurance Programs, Annual Leave, and Sick Leave.
