Coordinator, Program position is crucial in supporting participants in receiving individualized advising, mentorship, and technical services. The coordinator, program will split time between PSESD, colleges, and districts, ensuring both regional coordination and strong community relationships. Candidate will also set up and plan recruiting and onboarding of candidates, from hosting information sessions, to supporting the application and interview process. Program Coordinator will connect with students to offer monthly email communications, academic support, and host quarterly candidate gatherings. This position will also support connecting the college learning with the on-the-job experiences of the paraeducators.
