APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Student Affairs invites applications for a Program Coordinator position for BLUEprint & Community Mentoring at the Paul Robeson Cultural Center (PRCC). This role primarily manages the BLUEprint Peer Mentoring Program, along with supporting educational program development, student advocacy, and support.
The BLUEprint Program is certified by the College Reading and Learning Association and focuses on providing academic, cultural, and social support to first-year and change-of-campus students through peer mentoring.
Additional responsibilities include supporting community-based mentoring, assisting the Director and Assistant/Associate Director with administrative functions of the PRCC, and providing direct support to student communities.
Bachelor's degree and at least three years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
This position requires clearances: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance, and FBI Fingerprint Check.
