Program Coordinator, Education (Bay Area Required) - Hybrid - Primarily Remote - Nationwide

Join Vituity as a Program Coordinator, Education (Bay Area Required). We are a healthcare organization dedicated to transforming healthcare through a culture of collaboration and shared purpose.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Coordinating education programs, committees, and live events, including scheduling, note-taking, tracking attendance, managing action items, and supporting logistics.
  2. Managing onboarding processes for new hires and interns.
  3. Serving as a key contact for programs, increasing engagement, and presenting at sessions.
  4. Supporting logistics for instructor-led delivery, analyzing program metrics, and researching new tools and solutions.
  5. Handling administrative tasks such as inventory management, billing, and preparing event materials.
  6. Providing administrative support to senior leaders, including scheduling, correspondence, and expense reports.
  7. Maintaining SharePoint sites and creating communication materials.
Minimum requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of administrative coordinator experience.
  • Some college or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and video conferencing.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
