$33.090 - $42.700 - $52.310The stated pay scale reflects the range that Sharp reasonably expects to pay for this position. The actual pay rate and pay grade for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and employer business practices.
What You Will Do
The Program Coordinator for Business Development is responsible for overseeing business development programs encompassing multiple initiatives across various teams, directing efforts of related projects to optimize client and community relationships. The Program Coordinator will work with leadership, project teams, and vendors to facilitate effective, efficient, and consistent service. The Program Coordinator works across projects facilitating them through timelines, value metrics, and tollgates to attain greater value. This position is responsible for establishing standards, gaining synergy across teams within the program, and program performance reporting. The Program Coordinator serves as a first escalation point for colleagues and vendors engaged in projects within the assigned programs helping to resolve conflicts among projects. This position produces and maintains detailed dashboards or logs for the programs providing critical milestones, status, performance indicators, and measures over time.
