Shaw University’s Divinity School seeks a Program Coordinator/Assoc. Prof for Artificial Intelligence & Moral Agency to oversee the administrative backbone of the EdD program.

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Program Director, The Program Coordinator manages the administrative infrastructure
that enables the EdD program to run smoothly for a cohort of bi-vocational adult learners balancing
doctoral study with full-time ministry or professional careers. This role is the primary point of contact
for students on logistical matters and ensures that admissions, registration, scheduling, technology
onboarding, and degree progress tracking occur accurately and on time.

Physical Demands

Bachelors or better in Education or related field.
Masters or better in Education or related field.
Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines, records, and stakeholders simultaneously.
A minimum of two years of administrative, academic-affairs, or program-coordinationexperience, preferably in higher education.
