Job summary

The program coordinator is an active full-time employee of Arts in Healing working within the outpatient sector of MUSC in the Pee Dee region. Time will be split between leading administrative tasks and working as an active creative arts therapist with various clients (adults and children) in diverse settings within the region/hub.

Administrative tasks will include collecting and presenting data, leading grant-related requirements, providing direction and guidance to outpatient creative art

Qualifications

  • Masters or doctoral degree in art therapy, music therapy, dance/movement therapy, or drama therapy with active registration (ATR, MT-BC, R-DMT, RDT).
  • Active registration with modality-specific national cert board is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead administrative tasks and collect/present data.
  • Coordinate grant-related requirements and advise outpatient therapy contractors.
  • Act as liaison between community partners and contractors.
  • Support and align program growth with management within the Pee Dee region.
  • Work with diverse clients (adults and children) in various settings.
