Colgate University is seeking a Program Coordinator in the Office of Advancement to support alumni engagement and annual giving programs. You will coordinate on-campus and regional events, manage giving society memberships, and help implement marketing communications and donor stewardship activities.
Requires at least two years of administrative experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends for major events such as Reunion and Commencement.

This role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of alumni engagement and annual giving marketing, programs, and events. The Coordinator provides logistical, administrative, and programmatic support for on-campus programming, regional events, reunions, leadership giving society activities, and Colgate Fund support to ensure a consistent and high-quality alumni experience.
An Associate’s degree is preferred or a combination of education and experience from which comparable skills are obtained.
