Qualifications

As a Program Coordinator, you will help oversee our adult day program located in Lumberton, New Jersey. The program provides a structured, safe environment for adults with developmental disabilities.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Saturday is flexible based on program needs.

Competencies: This position requires excellent writing skills, the ability to prioritize, communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, and possess excellent public relations skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all program vehicles.
  2. Coordinate drivers to ensure daily successful transportation of consumers to and from the program.
  3. Work collaboratively with staff, providing support and assistance to ensure all consumers meet their treatment goals.
  4. Maintain and actively seek new contracts for PLDP.
  5. Work with staff daily to ensure consumers’ clinical records/documentation are maintained as required by agency and funding source policies.
  6. Complete monthly reports-in-charge in the absence of the Program Supervisor.
  7. Work collaboratively with the Program Supervisor to ensure that Pat LeBon Programs maintain and support the overall vision of Oaks Integrated Care.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field OR;
  2. Associate’s Degree in a related field plus three (3) years’ experience with the developmentally disabled population OR;
  3. High School Diploma plus five (5) years’ experience with the developmentally disabled population.
  4. Valid Driver’s License required.
