The Salvation Army Jacksonville Area Command is seeking an Emergency Beds Program Case Worker to manage intake, bed assignments, orientation, and daily operations for the emergency overnight beds program.
You will collaborate with Jacksonville Fire Rescue Department (JFRD) and work directly with individuals in crisis to meet immediate needs and connect them to housing and support services.

Salary Range: $22.72 - $25.56 Hourly

The Emergency Beds Program Case Worker is responsible for the intake process, bed assignment, orientation, case management, and daily operations of the emergency overnight beds program. This position includes assessing client needs, coordinating intake, managing bed assignments, providing case management services, and ensuring the program runs smoothly. The Emergency Beds program case worker will also collaborate with the Jacksonville Fire Rescue Department (JFRD) and work directly with individuals in crisis to meet their immediate needs while connecting them to long-term housing and support services
Works is performed in a normal office environment where there are little or no physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.
