Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Program Coordinator 4 to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced executive office team responsible for coordinating various business units, managing headcount programs, and ensuring operational excellence. You’ll work closely with global teams, leveraging your expertise in data analysis, Power BI, and Excel to drive impactful results. This role offers the chance to contribute to strategic initiatives and enhance processes while working with diverse stakeholders.

In this role you will:
  • Conduct quality control checks on requisition requests in SharePoint, ensuring compliance with job architecture and role library standards.
  • Collaborate with administrators on data audits, hiring processes, and policy updates.
  • Provide general support by answering inquiries related to hiring processes and resolving audit discrepancies.
  • Oversee financial and resource planning, including tracking resource allocation and spend forecasts.

  • 8 years of experience in data analysis.
  • 8 years of experience with Power BI and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and work through ambiguity.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting with a global, diverse team.
  • Experience providing support for project governance, risk logs, and resource forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills to interpret and present data effectively.
