Northern Kentucky University is seeking a Program Coordinator to support NKU's IHI K-12 pathway programs by coordinating communications and program logistics under the Program Manager's direction. The role ensures day-to-day activities run smoothly and on schedule.
The ideal candidate will work with faculty, staff, students, alumni, and community partners to advance program goals and help implement plans, assessments, and initiatives.

Support IHI's K-12 pathway programs as a Program Coordinator, helping coordinate stakeholder communications and program logistics under the direction of the Program Manager. The Program Coordinator plays a key support role in advancing the Institute for Health Innovation's K-12 pathway programs, working under the direction of the Program Manager. This position helps coordinate communications and maintain strong working relationships across team members, community partners, private entities, and public organizations. The Program Coordinator supports the development, implementation, and ongoing operation of programming by helping execute the plans and initiatives set by the Program Manager, in alignment with IHI's goals. This role is instrumental in keeping day-to-day IHI activities running smoothly and on schedule.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with a wide range of constituencies — including faculty, staff, students, alumni, and community members — while supporting the broader stakeholder relationships managed by the Program Manager.
