Job summary

I Am Boundless in Newark, Ohio is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee Boundless Community Pathways’ habilitation and vocational programs. You will provide program direction, organization, and support in a safe, well-structured environment that embraces a person-centered, community-integrated philosophy.

The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, two years of relevant experience, and strong oral/written communication skills. Background checks and drug screening are required.

What You’ll Do:

As a Program Coordinator, you will provide program direction, organization and support for Boundless Community Pathways’ Habilitation and Vocational programs. We pride ourselves on providing a safe and well‑structured environment while embracing a person‑centered and community integrated philosophy.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for providing high‑quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Two years of experience in program management and supervision in the developmental disabilities field, preferably in day habilitation services.
• Demonstration of excellent oral and written/ documentation skills with strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening meeting Ohio Adm. Code 5101:3‑45‑11 for Disqualifying Offenses.

Licensure/Certification:

• Valid Driver’s License and Insurable Driving Record.
