CLEAResult is seeking a Program Coordinator to support smooth delivery of projects and programs in a remote setting. You will coordinate schedules for technicians, auditors, account managers and operations staff, while ensuring data quality and compliance.

You’ll handle documentation, payment processing, data gathering, and exporting reports to keep programs on track. 0–2 years’ experience and Microsoft Suite proficiency are preferred.

• Experience using Microsoft Suite.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Job Description

Remote role within Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware or District of Columbia.

We are looking for a talented individual…To join our team as a Program Coordinator! The Program support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. Program support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including; data management, metrics and reporting, coordination, and process definition and improvement.
