Position Type: Full-Time

Description:

The St. John Paul II Foundation is a national Catholic apostolate dedicated to proclaiming the Good News about life and family through education and formation. Our mission is advanced through initiatives such as Together in Holiness, Converging Roads, and Shepherd’s Heart. The Formation series is a dynamic program designed for couples in parishes, schools, and small communities, complementing our marriage conference series. It aims to deepen couples' formation through authentic community building facilitated by Host Couples, who are supported by the Foundation. The Program Coordinator will provide exceptional onboarding and ongoing support for participating couples and sponsors of the Formation series.

Major Duties:
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with diocesan partners, parish/school partners, Host Couples, and participating couples.
  2. Provide ongoing support to partners and Host Couples, ensuring satisfaction and retention through regular contact (phone, email, or in-person).
  3. Coordinate meetings with partners to develop effective implementation plans, set goals, and monitor progress throughout the series.
  4. Collaborate with parish/school partners to recruit new Host Couples and assist in forming their TH Circles.
  5. Facilitate recruitment events within parishes, schools, and dioceses, creating promotional and event materials.
  6. Assess and evaluate the needs of Host Couples and partners throughout their involvement in the series.
  7. Assist the business development team in identifying and promoting new parishes and schools for sponsorship.
  8. Leverage the Together in Holiness Conference series alongside the conference and business teams to promote the Formation series.
  9. Stay informed of trends and pastoral priorities within the Catholic Church at regional and local levels, responding proactively and creatively.
  10. Contribute to the professional environment and Catholic culture of the Foundation.
  11. Participate in staff meetings, projects, events, and perform other duties as assigned by the President.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Leadership, Communications, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or Theology) and/or relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong Candidates Will:
  • Have a passion for the Church’s teachings on marriage and family, supporting young married couples in their vocation to holiness.
  • Be capable of working independently, taking initiative, and engaging stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrate professionalism in interactions with Church officials, staff, partners, Host Couples, and benefactors.
  • Be able to encourage, affirm, and support diverse groups of people.
  • Exhibit creative and confident problem-solving skills.
  • Be flexible and confident in working in new and diverse situations.
