Job summary

Sevita’s Mentor Community Services in California seeks a Clinical Coordinator to guide program services, ensure quality and compliance, and build partnerships with families and case managers. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field and some experience with IDD populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• One year of work-related experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injury, youth at-risk preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current driver's license and auto insurance.
• Licensure and training such as CPR, First Aid, Behavioral Intervention Techniques.
• QMRP/QIDDP as required by state.
• Reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
• Commitment to quality in everything you do.

Responsibilities

Program Services Clinical Coordinator

Compensation - $54,371 per year Salary+OT
