Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- 1. Responsible for the client intake process ensuring that therequired documentation is accounted for and thorough, utilizingVertex, a cloud-based case management system.
- 2. Coordinates with clients and families to ensure all programinformation and communications are provided in an accurate and timely manner.
- 3. Supports the school break and summer program through coordinationof scheduling orientations, outing locations, transportation, and food.
- 4. Supports program team meetings through the accurate documentationof meeting minutes.
- 5. Compiles program data including demographic information and thedistribution of surveys and data information.
- 6. Coordinates with Programs Department and Accounting to ensureproper and timely billing for all services delivered.
- 7. Works with other departments throughout the organization toprepare and track departmental metrics and demographics on a monthly,quarterly, and annual basis.
- 8. Stewards’ excellent customer service and positive, productiverelationships with community partners, i.e., GVRA, educational partners
- 9. Is a cultural ambassador for the organization fostering anenvironment of trust, alignment, transparency, and accountability.
- 10. Provides informational tours and responds timely to publicinquiries and provides customer service assistance.
- 11. Communicates and interacts effectively and professionally withco-workers, management, customers, etc.

- * A Georgia driver’s license required with clean driving record (MVR).
- * Must pass drug screen and background check.
- * Eligibility to work in the United States.
Education:
- * Associates degree in business administration or related field orcommensurate workplace experience.
Experience:
- * Data tracking, accounting, or other related skills with emphasis onbusiness match and spreadsheet development.
