Program Controls Organization Financial Analyst, Junior

The Opportunity

As a junior program control analyst on our team, you will assist in providing contract financial management for multiple contracts. You'll work closely with internal clients and infrastructure departments to support the analysis and resolution of financial, contractual, and administrative issues. Under the guidance of experienced colleagues, you'll help prepare monthly financial status reports and review contract awards and modifications for accuracy. You'll contribute to risk mitigation efforts, assist with managing reserves, and support business or budget planning and financial analyses, all while developing foundational skills in government contracting financial management and compliance.

You Have

• Experience with program finance or business operations support, including financial reporting, forecasting, variance analyses, or contract management
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience using Microsoft Excel formulas, including in a financial tracking, analysis, and reporting environment
• Experience leveraging AI tools for financial analysis, forecasting, and process automation
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations
• Ability to identify, research, and solve financial problems
• Ability to be a team player, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing requirements
• Ability to learn new tools, processes, and technologies, and follow instructions and guidelines with supervision
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $43,700.00 to $90,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
