Job summary

Innovative Signal Analysis, Inc. in Richardson, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Program Controls Analyst to support our growing organization.

This role collaborates with Program Management, Engineering and Finance to monitor cost, schedule, and resource performance while ensuring compliance with contractual reporting requirements. You will prepare Earned Value reports, support financial briefings and status updates, and help identify risks and opportunities for mitigation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related field.
  • 5 years of program controls, earned value management, or program finance experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • TS/SCI clearance preferred; must be able to obtain and maintain clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret program performance data and identify key insights.
  • Prepare reports via CDRLs or Earned Value requirements (Formats 1-5).

Job description

ISA is seeking a detail-oriented Program Controls Analyst to support their growing organization. This role works closely with Program Management, Engineering, and Finance teams to monitor cost, schedule, and resource performance while ensuring compliance with contractual reporting requirements. Primary focus on reporting, support and analysis.

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Assist engineering teams and PMO staff.
  • Interpret program performance data and identify key insights.
  • Prepare reports via CDRLs or Earned Value requirements (Formats 1-5).
  • Assist with preparing financial briefings, presentations, and status reports.
  • Assist Program Managers with identifying risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans.
  • Track all elements of cost and resource allocation against program budgets and forecasts.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related field.
  • 5 years of program controls, earned value management, or program finance experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proposal experience a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company
  • High attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset
  • Experience working at both large and small companies
  • TS/SCI clearance preferred. Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance to be considered for this position.

We offer a compensation package that includes a competitive base salary plus annual performance bonus and benefits. We consider many factors when determining salary offers, such as candidate’s work experience, education, training & skills, as well as market and business considerations. We are also open to considering candidates with experience and qualifications at a different level than required in a job posting, which may affect the compensation package offered.
Salary Range
$85,000-105,000 USD
