Responsibilities

  • Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) activities including baseline development, integration, maintenance, variance analysis, and reporting.
  • Prepare Estimates at Completion (EACs) and Latest Revised Estimates (LREs) using established processes and tools.
  • Coordinate with Program Managers, CAMs, and teams on cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Prepare, review, and submit IPMR and CFSR program reports per requirements.
  • Create internal financial reports and materials for program reviews.
  • Monitor funding requirements, prepare funding requests, and track status.
  • Coordinate financial and program data with functional organizations to support reporting.
  • Complete assigned financial and program control activities within deadlines.

The position supports program cost controls activities, including Earned Value Management, cost and schedule baseline development and maintenance, variance analysis, financial reporting, Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) preparation, program funding, and program reporting.

What You Will Do
  • Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) activities, including cost and schedule baseline development, integration, maintenance, variance analysis, and reporting.
  • Prepare Estimates at Completion (EACs) and Latest Revised Estimates (LREs) using established processes, tools, and reports.
  • Coordinate with Program Managers, Control Account Managers (CAMs), and program team members regarding cost, schedule, and financial performance.
  • Prepare, review, and submit program reports, including IPMR and CFSR, in accordance with established reporting requirements and schedules.
  • Prepare internal program financial reports and materials for program reviews.
  • Monitor program funding requirements, prepare funding requests, and track funding status.
  • Coordinate financial and program information with applicable functional organizations to support reporting requirements.
  • Complete assigned financial and program control activities in accordance with established deadlines.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field and a minimum of 5+ years of related experience; or an advanced degree and a minimum of 3+ years of related experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) concepts and Budget Baseline Management.
  • Experience performing cost and schedule analysis, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Experience preparing or analyzing EACs and/or LREs.
  • Experience working independently to plan and complete assigned responsibilities.
  • Experience analyzing financial, cost, schedule, or program performance data and documenting findings.
  • Experience preparing written reports, presentations, or other program documentation.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
