Job description

Description:

Responsible for maintaining financial and programmatic control for large DoD contracts. Responsibilities include financial oversight at the program level and between IS4S and subcontractors to include support with subcontract management, invoices, and financial tracking and reporting.



Job Role(s):

1. Maintain program level financial details to include monthly tracking of financial plans and costs, cumulative financial details, forecasting, and subcontractor funding.

2. Serve as financial POC with subcontractor financial teams.

3. Support development and document control of monthly status reports and financial reporting to the government customer.

4. Maintain awareness of subcontractor support roles and statements of work to incorporate financial impacts into subcontractor spend plans and ceilings.

5. Continually work to identify improvement tools and processes related to financial tracking and forecasting.

6. Support tracking of relationships and impacts between schedule and costs.

7. Prepare reports and briefings for corporate leadership and the government customer to provide updates and insight to financial status and future financial requirements.




Required experience:

1. Ability to work independently, with good problem-solving skills, while keeping management updated on the status of assigned areas of responsibility.

2. Must have understanding of government contracts processes to include configuration control and reporting.

3. Solid organization and written communication skills are required.

4. Candidate must possess a positive and proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously with little oversight.


5. Must have experience working within a Government approved purchasing system.

6. Possess minimum of 20 years or more of direct experience.



Minimum education required:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, or related field
