United Launch Alliance is seeking a Program Control Leader at our Decatur manufacturing facility. You will lead cost, schedule, and program control activities, partner with engineering, production, and launch operations to optimize performance and drive on-time, on-budget results.

Candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, with strong cost-management, ERP/SAP familiarity, and proven people leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business from an accredited college or university.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, plus a minimum of 2 years of people management or team lead experience.
• Strong cost-management background.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across all management levels and with diverse customer groups.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems or EV tools, preferably Deltek OPP, Cobra, and SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead a Cost, Schedule and Program Control team responsible for work authorizations and the monthly business cycle.
• Perform financial analysis, metrics development, and communication of program results.
• Serve as a strategic business partner to engineering, production and launch operations.
• Maintain strong leadership communication with internal and external customers.
• Staff and mentor team members, driving high-performing results.
• Ensure execution within approved budgets, EACs and contractual terms.
• Support cost-transformation initiatives contributing to enterprise cost reduction goals.
• Select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure effective program control operations.
• Ensure master plans and schedules are followed and guide teams to on-time, on-budget delivery.
