Under the U.S. Army INSCOM GILE program, Team V2X provides: multi-disciplinary engineering, facilities, sustainment and maintenance of intelligence systems, integration of new technologies, portal management, hardware design, network management, technology development, and logistics support to various military and intelligence entities. We enable INSCOM’s mission to anticipate requirements and employ innovative techniques to support Soldiers, Civilians, systems, and facilities across multiple locations.

This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X.

#clearance

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee daily administrative operations and logistics of the Program Management Office; manage workflow and ensure efficiency across divisions.
  2. Perform technical support projects in accordance with contract requirements, developing policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  3. Assist in implementing program schedules and tracking suspenses.
  4. Coordinate with the COR / ACOR and subcontractors on contract requirements and concerns.
  5. Be available to deploy internationally to support U.S. forces and contingency missions in potentially hazardous environments.
  6. Conduct complex analyses and prepare reports supporting program management.
  7. Provide administrative support and coordinate contract or project tasks.
  8. Assist in developing project schedules, updates, payroll, maintenance, immigration, and reporting.
  9. Manage contract budgets, prepare billing purchase orders, estimate costs, and schedule deliveries.
  10. Manage facility administration and procurement related to Task Orders.
  11. Optimize operations in terms of cost, methods, and personnel.
  12. Ensure compliance with quality assurance directives.
  13. Assist in defining and implementing program schedules for employee activities, including travel and benefits.
  14. Support human resources with hiring, training, and performance reviews.
  15. Assist in personnel deployment and transportation logistics.
  16. Serve as Records Custodian.
  17. Ensure timely, courteous, and quality support to INSCOM and other clients.
  18. Communicate with vendors and service providers.
  19. Oversee the Program Control Analyst Team.
Qualifications

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business field, plus seven years of related technical project support experience, including administrative and financial tasks.

Security Clearance Requirement:

  • Must be a US Citizen with Final Top-Secret Clearance based on a TIER 5 Background Investigation and favorable SCI access eligibility per ICD 704.
  • Some positions may require a Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph, especially for access to TDN2.

Experience / Skills:

  • Experience in international human resources management, including understanding of TESA, SPOT, Foreign Clearance Guide, and host country immigration processes.
  • Knowledge of contract fiscal and business management, including Quick Reaction Capability efforts.
  • Experience in analyzing and reporting personnel and financial requirements.
  • Skilled in briefing and training program teams, leadership, and vendors; capable of orienting new hires.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for maintaining spreadsheets, documents, and presentations.
  • Fluent in English (written and oral).
