An aerospace and defense contractor is seeking a Program Control Analyst. The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of experience as a financial analyst within defense contracting using Deltek Costpoint (preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance
• US Citizenship

The company is located in McLean, VA, with a work schedule of 3-4 days/week in the office. The salary range is $80,000 - $100,000.

Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate the budgeting process for each project and monitor financial performance.
2. Review project setup for all new contracts to ensure accuracy.
3. Assist with cash flow management by reviewing and tracking expenses and ensuring timely invoice submissions to clients.
4. Reconcile actual vs. budget costs per project.
5. Maintain program forecasts and EACs, including quarterly EACs for FFP revenue recognition evaluation.
6. Manage deliverables related to cost, revenue, and profit/gross margin.
7. Assist with AP, AR, and GL journal entries.
8. Manage and monitor subcontractor and consultant funding, expenditures, invoices, and accruals.
