Qualifications

• Six years of experience in administrative services, public health, social services, or health services, or equivalent substitution.
• Experience with accreditation, policy review, and compliance preferred.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and report data for program evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Oversees ACA, PbS, and PREA compliance; maintains documentation and trains staff.
• Coordinates accreditation activities; schedules audits and gathers documents.
• Conducts internal audits across multiple OJJ locations for statewide compliance.
• Supports policy updates to reflect ACA, PREA, PbS standards and best practices.
• Manages compliance reporting; maintains records and creates metrics dashboards.
• Collects and analyzes incident data related to PREA, ACA, PbS.
• Collaborates with facility leadership to ensure consistent standards implementation.
