What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide advanced account services for the Rural Get With The Guidelines and certification programs, fostering relationships with hospitals and outpatient facilities
- Implement and deliver program and product services, including data collection and quality improvement consultation
- Collaborate with internal teams on territory plans to achieve organizational goals and reduce health disparities
- Document activities and interactions using customer relationship management tools
- Identify and resolve compliance issues to enhance program engagement and care excellence

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of validated experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience in clinical quality or process improvement projects within acute care hospitals
- Proficiency in advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with strong presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 10% for local and overnight stays

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or similar certification
- Experience in collaborative learning groups and healthcare quality improvement systems
- Familiarity with Systems of Care or understanding of EMS, Payers, and CMS
