Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation of the Programmatic work to the leadership team by reviewing the various information that is entered into PHS by Program Managers and others to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Review records as prepared and entered into the system by others of individuals' program progress for accuracy, completeness, and compliance according to regulatory guidelines.
• Recommend action needed to fix repeating issues.
• Assist VP, Directors, Program Managers, and others in implementing those recommendations that are accepted.
• Assist VP, Directors, and others in reviewing processes and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Work with the VP, Directors and other staff to become more effective and efficient.
