Job summary

Google in Charleston seeks an Engineering Project Specialist to lead multi‑disciplinary engineering programs from concept through production. You will work with product and design teams to capture requirements, manage plans, identify risks, and coordinate with cross‑functional groups across the organization.

Qualifications

• Four-year college education or comparable knowledge experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with CMs/merchants, directing outcomes within equipment improvement life-cycle.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in programmatic work with executives in equipment improvement.
• Experience working with Agreement Makers (CM) in Asia.
• Knowledge of equipment Bill of Materials (BOM) designs and change control concepts.
• Understanding of equipment improvement and assembling processes, seller relations.
• Ability to oversee complex calculation sheets and coordinate across cross‑practical groups and occupation capabilities.
• Capacity to focus while managing multiple undertakings/projects concurrently.
• Strong critical thinking, composed/verbal and authoritative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle the New Product Introduction (NPI) product Fabricate Framework, including materials procurement, design validation, testing, and product commissioning.
• Support engineering design projects and manage design documentation.
• Oversee product portion and delivery plans, ensure best allocation to all product teams, and update devices according to equipment operations.
• Be responsible for PO creation, communication with Google and CM finance teams, receipt audit, and final receipt approval.
• Provide emotionally supportive network or support on a case‑by‑case basis.
