Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Education or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Forms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with program management, project management, stakeholder outreach, learning design and facilitation, and data management.
• Ability to collaborate across schools and departments in a multi-faceted organization.
• Growth mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced community work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage a comprehensive family and community engagement strategy for PreK and early childhood programs.
• Work cross-functionally to support recruitment and enrollment for PreK students and families.
• Serve as FACE representative for a cohort of PreK serving schools and manage related projects.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops on kindergarten readiness and early childhood engagement.
• Collect, organize, and synthesize data into PowerPoint presentations and reports.
• Visit schools and district events to foster relationships with families and stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
