Job summary

Bancroft is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for the Lakeside Program in Woodstown, NJ. This onsite role on the 3rd shift (Thu–Sat, 11pm–9am) offers a 30-hour full-time schedule and a starting pay range of $19.61–$20.00 per hour with additional incentives.

As a DSP, you will empower autistic, intellectually and developmentally challenged individuals, fostering independence and meaningful activities while supporting a compassionate care team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills.
• Have the ability and willingness to work weekends.
• Have a current driver's license in good standing.

The current hiring range for this position is: $19.61-$20.00 per hour. Plus additional incentives.

Bancroft is a leading service-provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities or those in need of neurological rehabilitation.

We are looking for Direct Support Professionals that are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. Our Direct Support Professionals must have a strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals.
