The Black-Led Movement Fund (BLMF) is a donor collaborative at Borealis Philanthropy whose purpose is to strengthen the capacity of theMovement for Black Lives (M4BL) so that it can better shape policy agendas for Black communities, create viable alternatives to institutions that have been harmful to Black people and build local Black community power. The Fund exists to provide a dedicated vehicle for institutional funders to support the M4BL ecosystem as a whole. BLMF invests in organizers and leaders from directly affected communities — the underpinnings of any meaningful and lasting progress for Black liberation movements. The programmatic elements of the BLMF are 1) direct grantmaking; 2) organizational development, leadership and technical assistance support to a cohort of grantees; 3) movement-wide support; 4) donor development and education; and 5) coordination with other philanthropic partners to help resource the movement.

Salary Range: $60-75k
