Bancroft in Voorhees, NJ is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate care to adults with autism and developmental disabilities. This flex-role offers the opportunity to empower residents, support daily living skills, and participate in personalized plans of care.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license in the candidate's name and current address; one year minimum driving experience.
• Minimum of six months related work experience OR Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Aspiration to work with autistic, intellectually and developmentally challenged individuals.
• Prior experience with autism/DD preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Overview

We are Hiring: Direct Support Professional - Flex

Location: Voorhees, NJ

Department: BI - Adult Brain Injury

Hourly Rate: $19.06-$ 19.44/hr

Schedule: FLEXIBLE HOURS (MUST work a least 40 hrs per month and 2 weekend shifts)

Bancroft is a leading service-provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities or those in need of neurological rehabilitation.

We are looking for Direct Support Professionals that are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. Our Direct Support Professionals must have a strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age

High School Diploma or GED
