Job summary

University of Maryland’s ARCH-Center for Smart Growth Research & Education seeks a Program Assistant to support the Director in developing PALS policies, forms, and procedures. You will schedule scoping meetings with staff, faculty and sponsors to identify project matches and manage ongoing relationships throughout the academic year.

You will also assist with planning the PALS Showcase and help develop new partnerships across the region, requiring strong written and verbal communication plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in policy, planning, natural sciences, or related fields completed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to attend classes and on-campus/off-campus meetings during the day.
