Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Program Assistant for the department of Pediatrics at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
The Program Assistant works closely with the Pediatrics, Division of Population Health, Quality, and Implementation Science (PopQuIS) Division Director, Clinical Operations Manager, and Program Manager under the direct supervision of the Division Director. The Program Assistant (Research)will provide high level administrative support, mid-level support to research projects, and high-level program support, which may include the direction of research personnel and/or conduct of independent sub projects in the PopQuIS Division. Responsible for the timely completion and efficient flow of required research related documentation This role requires flexibility and responsiveness to help plan, organize, coordinate, and manage day-to-day activities related to various research, quality, and scholarly projects within the Division, this includes IRB, REDCap, REACH360, AMBRA and CLOCK related matrix.
