The School of Minerals and Subsurface Energy at Colorado School of Mines is seeking a highly organized, service-oriented, and collaborative Program Assistant I to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of one of the university's academic schools, serving as a key resource for faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders.

The Program Assistant I provides comprehensive administrative and financial support for the School of Minerals and Subsurface Energy. This role serves as a central point of coordination for school operations, student support services, communications, and program administration.

Four (4) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position, including experience in communications, organizing and managing information, and coordinating multiple priorities.
Experience must be clearly documented in the work history section of your application. "See Resume" will not be accepted. Part time work will be pro-rated.
A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to four (4) years. (TRANSCRIPTS MUST BE ATTACHED FOR EDUCATIONAL CREDIT)
Education in business management, communications, marketing, or a related field.
Supervisory experience.
Experience planning and coordinating events.
