Great Basin College in Elko, NV, is seeking an Administrative Faculty for a 12-month A contract to coordinate student enrollment, maintain student and employee files, and provide front-desk and administrative support to the Director of the Child Center. The role handles tuition processing, program payments, and attendance at Open Houses and family events.

This position will be responsible for supporting the needs of the Child Center and State Pre-K/Pre-school Development grant programs as defined by the Child Center Director. This position will be responsible for coordinating student enrollment, maintaining accurate student files, planning and implementing monthly family engagement events, and administrative support to the Director.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or other related field (including management and/or leadership).

Compensation and Benefits

Grade: Administrative Faculty – A. This is a 12 month "A" contract; 12 month contracts are used for year-round programs.

The budgeted salary range for this position is $38,000 to $50,000. Salary is based on relatable education and experience, internal equity and budgets.
