Job description

Hello Suppliers -

The Manager has a backfill and needs another contractor to assist with completing the work. The contract could be extended, depending on work volume. This is a high-volume application processing role, where the team processes billing applications within a month and completes transfer applications.

Candidates should be self-motivated and able to work remotely (% remote). They must be comfortable with basic data entry and repetitive tasks. Laptops will be provided.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma; 1-2 years of data entry, customer service, or call center experience preferred, especially with San Diego’s top employers.
  • Experience in accounting, record keeping, filing systems, Excel, and database management. Must be computer literate with strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify customer issues and provide solutions, communicate politely and professionally, respond to requests via email, and perform data entry.
  • Use client systems to document all customer correspondence.
  • Provide customer service, utilize computer/data entry skills, problem-solving, decision-making, and excellent written communication.
  • Communicate program information verbally and in writing to colleagues, vendors, and customers.
