Northwestern University is seeking a clerical and administrative support professional for the research clinic front desk in Chicago. The role requires in-office work five days a week, Mon-Fri, and involves drafting letters, preparing agendas, and basic bookkeeping.
Responsibilities include document preparation, data entry, budget tracking, HR support, calendar coordination, and coordinating travel and events. A high school diploma and related experience are required to perform these duties.

Location: Chicago, Illinois
Target hiring range for this position will be between $38,314 - $54,933 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Provides a variety of clerical & administrative support which may include drafting & typing letters, reports, charts, graphs, etc. using word processing, spreadsheet, database, &/or presentation software; basic bookkeeping; screening calls & visitors; preparing agendas & making arrangements including travel, etc. for meetings & special events; &/or managing supervisor's &/or dept calendar. This position will be located at our research clinic front desk.
Please note: This position is required to be in the office 5 days a week during normal working hours, Mon - Fri.
Performs other duties as assigned.
