    Overview

    LMI, a strategic consulting organization focused on the federal government, is seeking a Senior Program and Data Analysis Consultant with experience performing data analysis, and data reporting to support C-Level decision making. Additional experience executing performance data gathering, Qlik dashboard development, Logistics Operations Analysis, and Process Improvement Consultancy. This position can be supported remotely.

    The Senior Program and Data Analysis Consultant will work closely with a geographically diverse project team, including USPS Senior Leadership, other contractors, and vendor staff, on a variety of projects. Their primary responsibility will be to sustain leadership performance reporting products such as Qlik Dashboards and Weekly Status Reports the sustainment of QLIK reporting products. This will include working closely with multiple stakeholders to compile, consolidate, and analyze enterprise logistics performance data. The candidate will provide program and business management best practices recommendations to the USPS Vice President of Logistics to support agency-level transformation.

    Qualified candidates for the role of Program and Data Analysis Consultant must have experience successfully managing multiple projects and competing priorities while effectively communicating with a variety of USPS Senior Leadership. He or she will regularly interface with project stakeholders to analyze and validate key performance metrics that will be used to develop and report to USPS Senior Leadership.

    Responsibilities
    • Work with USPS Business Unit Leads to compile and analyze performance data and communicate with their geographically dispersed project teams to report outcomes for USPS Senior Leaders and improve data visualization
    • Work autonomously with USPS VP, Logistics and Logistics Business Unit Leads to analyze and recommend best practices-based resolutions for budget execution, savings capture, and logistics processes
    • Demonstrate knowledge and expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QLIK Sense Desktop, and Microsoft PowerPoint
    • Provide C-Level consultancy and subject matter expertise on Data Analytics, Logistics Operations, Portfolio, Program, and Business Management
    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in multiple practices: Business Management; process improvement; data analytics and visualization; logistics operations; supply chain analysis
    • Consultancy experience with Senior and C-Level clients
    • Must demonstrate soft skills such as: relationship building; influencing others; emotional intelligence; and exemplary communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Strong analytical skills and experience recommending solutions to complex client challenges
    • Excercises proficiency with QLIK Sense Desktop and Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Successful performance operating within an autonomous and collaborative virtual environment
    • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments; take initiative to exceed client expectations
    • Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance – US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder); if Green Card holder, must have resided in the US for the last 5 years and must not have traveled outside of the US for a combined total of 6 months during that time.

    Preferred:

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
    • Program Management Professional (PgMP) certified
    • Master’s degree
    • Experience with/certification in: Data Analytics, Logistics Analysis, SAFe, or Six Sigma
    • Experience with USPS systems, dashboard generation, and data visualizations
